Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle data entry tasks, and assist in various office duties.
Duties:
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Assist in data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Compile data from varied sources and make spreadsheets
- Conduct proofreading tasks to ensure accuracy of documents
- Reconciling Fuel accounts
- Working with vendors accounts receivable
- Handle order entry tasks efficiently
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Experience:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Proficiency in data entry and clerical tasks
- Strong computer literacy, including MS Office Suite proficiency
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus

- Ability to perform order entry accurately
