We are in the business of providing recreation to the public. If a customer leaves without
enjoying themselves, we have failed. Unlike most businesses that have large customer bases,
we have a smaller, but more frequent customer base. Eighty percent of our business comes
from 20% of our customer base. New frequent bowlers are hard to come by. Our goal is that
100% of our customers enjoy their visit to our center and leave with the desire to return. This
will ensure that the frequent bowler will continue to bowl often, and the occasional bowler
may become a frequent bowler.

Job Purpose/Summary:
Welcome and acknowledge all guests using clear and professional language. Process all guests using POS via walk-ins, check-ins by confirming reservations, properly assigning lanes, and issuing accurate shoe sizes. Duties include answering all phone calls, delivering detailed messages, answering questions, and addressing concerns using appropriate etiquette.
Communicating with porters for lane availability via walkie’s, ensuring all guests are assigned clean lanes (pin re-racked, no bowling balls on lane, etc.), and effectively manage lane turning.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Follow all company policies on Corbin Bowl Employee Handbook
- Receive and process all cash and credit card payments from customers
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional
- Maintain a high and consistent level of customer service
- Assist with any other administrative duties as needed
- Stand or walk for an extended period
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25lbs
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Manager on Duty
Qualifications:
-High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Preferably: 0–1-year customer service experience
Salary Range: $16.78
