Quad City Gastroenterology ,located in Moline, IL, is hiring a full-time Infusion Nurse to join our growing team.
About the Opportunity
Our location is open Monday through Friday, no weekends or holidays, and the hours for this Nurse would be 8-hour days, 30-35 hours/week.
The Infusion RN assists the providers in the assessment, treatment, care, and related tasks for each patient. This individual will assist in the evaluation and implementation of products associated with infusion therapy. The Infusion RN then accumulates and evaluates the outcomes associated with the therapy. The RN will assist with equipment setup, maintenance, as well as use.
About the Candidate
- Current knowledge of infusion and, or injection medications
- Registered Nurse with an unencumbered license in the state of IL or a compact state
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a diploma, ADN, or BSN
- Current ACLS and BLS certification, or the ability to obtain prior to start
- IV experience / certification strongly preferred
- Experience with EMR programs / software
