Position Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and passionate Inside/Outside Sales Representative to join our team and help our business grow. The ideal candidate is a former athlete with sales experience or a motivated parent of an athlete who is enthusiastic about sales. This is a dream sales job with a tremendous platform to leverage, offering an exciting opportunity for the right individual.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Inside Sales: Handle inbound sales inquiries, conduct follow-up calls, and convert leads into customers.
Outside Sales: Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients through field sales activities, including visiting potential clients and attending networking events.
Sponsorship Sales: Identify and secure sponsorship opportunities to support our events and programs.
Event Support: Attend all camps and events, providing sales and customer support on-site.
Athletic Advisor Program: Lead and manage our internal customer support program designed to target referrals and generate new business.
Sales Targets: Achieve quarterly sales targets of $40,000 in revenue.
Campaign Building: Utilize GoHighLevel CRM to build and manage marketing campaigns to attract and retain clients.
Qualifications:
Passion for Sports: A strong interest in sports and athletic development.
Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in a related field.
Outgoing Personality: Energetic, motivated, and able to build rapport quickly with clients.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Technical Skills: Experience with GoHighLevel CRM and campaign building is preferred but not required.
Availability: Flexible schedule to attend events and meetings as needed. 15-20 hours a week in-facility and the rest remote.
Compensation:
Base Salary: $36,000 per year
Bonuses: Generous quarterly and monthly bonuses based on performance

Pay: $36,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
