Due to our rapid growth, we are expanding our Customer Service Department. Here at IPAP, our Customer Service Representatives are serious Super Stars at the front line of the business and are critical to the success of the company. This role involves managing incoming orders and providing exceptional customer service. Our Customer Service Representatives contribute to the sustained growth and profitability of IPAP. Their efforts help retain existing distributors, increase customer loyalty, and drive repeat business.
Here are the major responsibilities:
- Work through a queue of orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Verify order details, product availability, pricing, and special requirements.
- Handle order entry, changes, and status inquiries, resolving any order-related issues promptly.
- Contribute to revenue growth by engaging with distributors and building solid relationships.
- Serve as a point of contact for distributors, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs. Strive to understand the distributors' businesses and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products, maximizing distributor revenue and retention.
- Engage in outbound communication efforts, such as contacting potential distributors, introducing the company's products and services, and providing information about the benefits of partnering with IPAP.
- Assist in on-boarding new distributors, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.
- Proactively communicate with distributors to understand their needs, provide product information, and address concerns or inquiries to build and nurture strong relationships.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as Procurement and Operations, to ensure coordinated efforts in serving distributors and meeting their expectations.
