CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT
Genexus International is an apparel company that has been in business for over 20 years and we are looking for a full-time Customer Service Assistant to join our wonderful team!
We are looking for a detail-oriented, quick-learner that can assist our customer service team with daily tasks. This individual must be diligent in their work to ensure accuracy. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, who is assertive and personable!
We want this individual to look at this position as not just a “job” but as an opportunity to learn and grow. We are looking for someone who is eager and has an unwavering desire to perform their duties with accuracy and take pride in their work!
Job Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Allocating Orders for our warehouse to pull/pack
- Processing/shipping orders using UPS/FedEx/3rd Party Trucking etc.
- Authorizing/charging credit cards
- Invoicing
- Issuing returns/return labels/credit memos
- Data/Order Entry
- Calling/Emailing Customers and Sales Reps as needed
- More tasks as needed
- Requirements:
- Preferred experience of 1 year performing some customer service duties
- Quick learner. Must be able to learn new database and take direction
- Strong computer skills! Must be able to navigate a computer well (ability to type fast is a bonus!)
- Strong communication skills. MUST be comfortable talking to customers/sales reps over the phone and must be able to type clear emails
- Ability to multi-task, follow direction, and work independently once trained
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills
- Reliable
