This is for one of our lead technician positions. It comes with a base salary, company vehicle, and the ability to earn significantly more with production and sales commissions.

We are a locally owned and operated wildlife removal and prevention company founded in 2021. Where humans and wild animals come into conflict we offer solutions. Wando Wildlife Removal is a customer service centric company with the desire to grow while offering the highest quality service in our industry.
We are looking for a Wildlife Control Technician to join our team and grow with us. The work is hands-on installation of exclusion and prevention materials, live trapping, and interactions with clients. We are often on ladders and roofs, we get dirty nearly every day, and we get plenty of exercise at work. The work environment is action packed, ever changing, and we have fun doing it.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Home repair, roofing, handyperson, or carpentry experience
- Willing to complete background check
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in wildlife sciences
- Customer service experience
- Sales experience
- Hunting and/or trapping experience
Job Requirements
- Able to work safely in attics, crawl spaces, roofs, maneuver through small / tight spaces
- Can work safely in hot/cold weather
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
- Can load, set up, & work on ladders up to 32’ on your own; 40’ ladder with someone else
- Capable of inspecting and identifying all areas of homes for small access points
- Can follow standard operating procedures (best practices, safety, training)
- Willing to clean up animal wastes with appropriate PPE
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Creative problem solver, proactive

- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with clients
- Willing to receive & provide constructive feedback
- Competent with smartphone (scheduling, communication, photos & documentation)

Compensation
Full Time - $20-30 per hour
Company vehicle provided (not for personal use)

Pay: $3,200.00 - $5,500.00 per month
