Apollo Commercial Maintenance is a leading commercial property maintenance company providing service to industrial, commercial and retail real estate owners and managers in the Chicagoland area. We are looking for full-time BI-LINGUAL Account Managers to join our growing team.
Our Account Managers are responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients and managing and reporting on operational workflow. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and acting as their primary point of contact
· Schedule, monitor and report on daily work order status in order to manage client expectations
· Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to deliver exceptional service and solutions to clients
· Process, manage and ensure resolution of all operational requests from clients
· Meet on-site with clients, vendors, inspectors, etc.
· Prepare quotes/proposals for maintenance projects and RFPs
· Track T&M on projects for invoicing/budget/reporting purposes
· Conduct regularly scheduled property inspections to identify and communicate issues/deficiencies directly to clients
· Provide/collect content for social media posting
Qualifications
· BI-LINGUAL in English/Spanish preferred
· 5-8 years experience in a related service industry
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues
· Organized, independent and detail-oriented
· Available for after-hours communication, if necessary
· Proficient in technology and social media platforms including Microsoft Word, Excel, and LinkedIn
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
