Immediately hiring a Regional Director to oversee multiple locations located near the vibrant Houston and growing San Antonio areas.
The perfect candidate will have experience managing three or more locations AND have experience launching new locations.
As our Regional Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our centers, overseeing operations, and ensuring exceptional care and education for children across all locations. You will be instrumental in driving our mission forward, fostering a culture of excellence, and creating a nurturing environment for both children and staff.
As an independently owned brand, we are looking for a candidate that is a self-starter, able to make high-level decisions and independently work. Experience working with both private pay and subsidized locations is a must.
Responsibilities
- School Launch: Lead all new school openings by overseeing project schedule and implementation plan.
- Leadership and Management: Provide strong leadership across multiple locations to the center's Directors and oversee daily operations with strategic planning and robust organizational skills.
- Program Oversight: Ensure the delivery of high-quality, early childhood education programs that meet the developmental needs of children.
- Parent and Community Engagement: Build positive relationships and communicate with parents, families, and the community.
- Marketing and Growth: Develop and execute an intentional marketing strategy and hold the team accountable to growth goals and enrollment pipelines.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant state and local regulations governing early childhood education and childcare centers.
- Implementation and Integration: Lead the adoption and integration of technology solutions to streamline administrative tasks, enhance classroom management, and support learning outcomes.
- Financial Management: Be accountable for profitability by leading and coaching Directors on items such as enrollment forecasting, expense management, and payroll management - ultimately holding Directors accountable for their location’s profitability.

Position Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Masters’ degree in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven leadership experience in early education or childcare management
- Demonstrated experience in managing strategic sales and marketing strategies to successfully maximize enrollment growth
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to travel between locations located in Houston and San Antonio areas
- Experience in using childcare management software (e.g. Brightwheel) as well as using and updating Google Docs or MS Office.
