Minimum Requirements
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
- A strong understanding of fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, heat transfer, and combustion
- 2+ years minimum experience in thermal/fluid CAE simulation.
- Self-directed, confident, and resilient individual with excellent communication skills.
- Excellent work planning and issue resolution skills
Preferred Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 2+ years experience in vehicle climate control performance testing
- 2+ years experience in automotive ICE/Powertrain or vehicle CAE applications
- Proficient in the use of thermal analytical tools like Fluent, StarCD, etc.
- Familiarity with CAD systems, preferably CATIA
- Familiarity with CAD tools such as Catia, TeamCenter - Some programming experience (Java, C, scripting)
- Good communication skills - both verbal and written
- Strong analytical abilities including data driven problem solving
- Ability to work in fast paced environment, with flexibility to adjust to changing priorities
- Experience with Human Comfort Modeling and/or shape optimization processes
- Background with both experimental and computational fluid mechanics.
