Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical examinations and record patient medical histories
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and infections
- Prescribe medications and other treatments based on patient needs
- Provide health coaching and education to patients and their families
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systems like Epic
Requirements:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in [state]
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in the appropriate specialty area
- Experience working in a medical office or similar healthcare setting
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to perform physical examinations and diagnose illnesses
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a healthcare team

Pay: $110,601.00 - $117,199.00 per year
