Job Overview: As a roofing salesperson, you will be responsible for generating leads, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and closing sales for our roofing products and services. You will work closely with homeowners, contractors, insurance adjusters and property managers to assess their roofing needs and provide tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of roofing systems and material. This is commission-based position.
This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned sales person to come in and help us build and scale a high performing team, with a high ceiling for advancement.
Responsibilities:
· Prospect and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.
· Conduct thorough roof inspections and assessments to understand the scope of work required.
· Provide accurate and detailed estimates to potential clients based on their roofing needs.
· Educate clients on the benefits of our roofing products and services.
· Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including homeowners, contractors, and property managers.
· Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
· Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
· Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and regulations.
Qualifications:
· Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
· Strong understanding of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Highly motivated and results-oriented.
· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
· Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
