We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Administrative Project Coordinator to join our team! The ideal candidate will be organized, diligent, and proficient in QuickBooks. This role involves a blend of administrative support, marketing coordination, and project management tasks. A background in construction is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team.
- Assist in project management tasks, such as scheduling, tracking progress, and maintaining project documentation.
- Prepare documents, itineraries, and reports as needed.
- Manage QuickBooks entries and financial records.
- Ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Experience in construction or a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
