Job responsibilities shall include:
· Answer all incoming phone calls
· Take and record messages from incoming callers utilizing computerized messaging system
· Assist callers with queries of a non-technical nature
· Sign for all incoming deliveries and notify recipient.
· Greet and announce all arriving visitors, students, guests.
· Unlock and lock front entrance client doors at the beginning and end of the workday.
· Maintain both conference room schedules.
· Stock and maintain supplies (office/coffee/office supplies) for both conference rooms.
· Ensure both conference rooms are kept neat, orderly and ready for use.
· General office duties may include data entry, file maintenance, preparation for mass mailings, light typing, etc.
· Add daily and weekly mileage information into the vehicle data base.
· Other administrative duties as assigned
During periods of heavy workload or slow periods, the employee may be required to assist in other areas. Such requests shall not be interpreted as a change in jobs or job description. The employee confirms that he/she is qualified and prepared to perform the duties described herein.
