Position Summary
The Warehouse Coordinator will coordinate the activities and operations of the warehouse.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Manages warehouse inventory and maintains database.
-
Moves products throughout the warehouse including storage and shipment of finished products.

Implements daily picking and staging requirements, arranging for excess stock to be stored in warehouse.

Receives new deliveries by matching to Purchase Order.

Manages daily flow of staged items by modifying storage space assignments.
-
Confirms availability of items to be shipped by verifying inventory records or conducting inventories of required items.

Identifies and reports slow-moving product and with approval, arranges for the removal of the product.

Manually handles, repacks, or restacks pallets of finished product as needed.

Operates forklift truck as needed.

Documents all related activities and completes forms and reports.
Required Qualifications
-
Education – High school diploma or GED
-
Experience – 1 year of related experience in warehousing and inventory control

Knowledge of -

Warehousing and inventory modules of ERP systems
-
MS-Outlook, MS-Excel (basic knowledge)
-
Forklift certification
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the Construction industry

Experience in a Services industry
Compensation $22/hour
Physical Requirements
