Reports to: Director
Supervises: Assistant Teacher and/or Floater
JOB DESCRIPTION
The teacher's job is to educate the child in an integral way, as well as to ensure their needs and interests. It should strive to stimulate students' language, emotional, physical, and cognitive development as well as provide meaningful, experiential, and personalized learning situations for all children in their class.
The teacher must also follow professional practices consistent with school policies when working with students, parents, colleagues, and administration. As well as, following the regulations, statutes and policies of North Carolina.

Requirements:
- Bilingual. Must speak Spanish fluently
- Must love children
- Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field
- 1 year of teaching experience (required)
- Pediatric First Aid and CPR certified (90 day to get certified)
- DHHS Criminal Background Check (we will guide you to get it)
- ECE Certification (Required)
