Your Role: As a Pizza/Pizzaiolo Chef, you'll play a crucial role in preparing a variety of mouthwatering specialty pizzas in different styles, such as Neapolitan, Sicilian, and New York-style, using traditional techniques and modern equipment and other dishes according to established recipes. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Qualifications:

Must have worked 2+ years as a professional Pizza/Pizzaiolo chef in a full-service restaurant.

Must have experience working with Old World Fire/Wood Fire cooking.

Must have ability to prepare dough from scratch.

Must be 18 years old or older

Knowledge of kitchen health and safety protocols.

Proficiency in using kitchen tools and equipment.

Strong communication skills and a positive attitude under pressure.

Physical fitness to handle kitchen tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.

Culinary school training is a plus.

Excellent teamwork and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Own essential chef attire and tools (uniforms, non-slip shoes, knives, etc.).

Reliable transportation and access to a smartphone and email.
