We are seeking a dynamic and creative Office assistant to join our small team. This part-time position is ideal for a high school or current college student passionate about supporting a small team. As an Office Assistant, you will also assist in the day-to-day operations supporting the Office Manager such as office management, accounting duties, reconcile statements, expense tracking, generate prints and flyers. You will also assist in sales support in making daily calls to potential customers to follow up. This will lead to potential bonus opportunities. Excellent communication skills is required.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with general office administration tasks such as answering phones, filing, and data entry.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Support accounting functions including invoice processing and expense tracking.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Perform other office-related duties and special projects as assigned.
- Make daily sales calls
- Some marketing support
Qualifications:
- Current high school or college student
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
