Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary: $50,000 annually
- Robust commissions for upsells to existing customers
- On Target Earnings (OTE) plus commissions: $70,000 first year, $80,000 second year, and $85,000+ third year

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our current customer base.
- Conduct weekly service quality reviews with customers and educate them on our additional product/service offerings.
- Collaborate with the management team to address customer needs effectively.
- Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Maintain accurate reporting information and utilize our HubSpot CRM effectively.

Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of successful account management experience.
- Experience selling food or restaurant supplies, facility supplies, or routed services is a plus.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license, acceptable Motor Vehicle Record, and reliable vehicle.
- Bilingual skills (verbal and written) are a plus.
