**Overview** We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and productivity. This is a dynamic role that requires a strong administrative background, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for providing top-notch support to our team members. **Responsibilities** - Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records. - Manage and maintain accurate and timely payroll, including ensuring all employee records are up-to-date. - Develop and implement effective training programs for new hires and ongoing employee development. - Oversee human resources tasks, including recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes. - Manage the office budget, ensuring expenses are kept to a minimum and financial goals are met. - Utilize QuickBooks to manage accounting and financial tasks. - Assist with team management, including providing guidance and support to employees. - Develop and implement strategies to improve office operations, including streamlining processes and implementing cost-saving measures. - Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in all interactions with team members and clients. - Perform a variety of clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and correspondence. - Maintain a clean and organized office environment. **Qualifications** - Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role. - Strong knowledge of human resources principles and practices. - Excellent organizational and administrative skills. - Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office. - Experience with calendar management and team management. - Strong communication and phone etiquette skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. - Experience with budgeting and financial management. - High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
