Desktop Support Technician
Location: Atlanta – Marta accessible
Duration: Contract (long term)
Work Authorization: US Citizen/ GreenCards
The technician will also provide helpdesk support to include answering helpdesk phones and resolving end-user computer issues using remote diagnostic and troubleshooting tools. The Technician will report to the Help Desk Supervisor, and must coordinate activities with other business units within the division to meet the department’s overall objectives.
Must have previous Help Desk Experience for LARGE enterprise level Corporate client. ServiceNow experience a plus.
Duties
Imaging and Reimaging
1st & 2nd level support for Desktop Issues
Dispatch calls as required based on the customer priority.
Resolve tickets within the SLA requirements
Assign tickets within the SLA
Customer Follow Up
Remote Support
Software & Hardware Installation & Troubleshooting
PC Deployment
PC Inventory
Work closely with other team members to get issues resolved within a timely manner
Requirements
*Previous Help Desk Experience for large enterprise level Corporate client.
Non-Technical Skill(s): The applicant must be able to manage multiple tasks concurrently. Must be a self-starter & be able to use own judgment/initiative to undertake activities with minimal supervision. The Candidate must also have excellent oral & written communications skills as well as the ability to work alone or within a team environment.

The applicant is required to work during normal business hours of 8:15 to 5:00pm, On Call support rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
