Responsibilities:

Interfaces with the public to include, but not limited to, crime victims, witnesses, law enforcement officers, defendants, defense attorneys, court personnel, and other administrative and professional staff throughout the County.

Collects, processes, and maintains all criminal cases in preparation for the successful prosecution of criminal defendants. This includes, creating the DA files and criminal Informations, gathering and copying discovery, compiling criminal histories, preparing sentencing guidelines, issuing subpoenas, and coordinating witnesses for trial. Requires JNET certification.

Coordinates and manages Arraignment without court personnel. Creates and publishes all Miscellaneous Court Lists, Arraignment Lists and Criminal Trial Lists used by court personnel.

Responsible for all Court Orders for at least one (1) Court of Common Pleas Judge.

Coordinates scheduling between Courts, all agencies and witnesses, for all pretrial and post-trial matters. Prepares criminal subpoenas and writs. Manages and dockets all court dispositions into a management system.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION/TRAINING:
High school graduate.
Experience with Windows, Microsoft software, and Microsoft Excel
Good typing skills.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
2 years experience working in an office.
