- MUST have a Maryland Real Estate License
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
- Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
- A successful and proven sales history is preferred

- Provide your clients with elite service, and thoughtful guidance, to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers through a consultative sales approach.
- Supervise the closing process to provide clients with a smooth and efficient transaction experience.
- Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs, to understand their motivation and timeline, and to close the deal.
- Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
- Follow-up with leads to increase sales
- Consistently engage with the public to grow your database of prospects
