Initial Responsibilities:
- 200 + sales calls per day and achieve monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Work with leadership to manage and build sales pipelines, and prospect new deals.
- Follow up with deals in the sales pipeline.
Preferred Skills:
- Proven sales experience (1+) preferably within inbound/outbound sales, B2B, D2D.
- Experience using a CRM effectively (preferred, not required).
- Proficient experience using either Google Suite or Microsoft Suite.
- Outgoing personality with excellent soft skills and a strong phone presence.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Experience working independently.
Inside Sales Account Executive:
This position is responsible for generating new business and closing new accounts by prospecting for qualified prospects in the local community. The inside sales account executive will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business.
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate agreements with prospective leads to close new accounts.
- Conduct thorough phone and email follow-up with new accounts, ensuring end to end white glove service.
- Provide accurate information about our services and products to prospects and other departments as needed.
- Track and report on the progress of your prospect leads throughout the sales process by using CRM software.
- Collaborate with other departments as needed to provide complete information about services and products.
- Submit reports on your sales activities and results to the Inside Sales Manager.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of successful business development (sales) experience.
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written) required.
- Proficient experience using either Google Suite or Microsoft Suite.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, while performing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to reliably commute into the office weekly.
