Job Description
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our sales organization. You will be able to qualify leads, set appointments for sales executives, reach out to a large client base to develop interest in additional offerings, and work with new clients in the vacation rental space. You will work closely with leadership to further nurture and create leads based on events, marketing efforts, and campaigns.
As an ideal candidate, you are eager to learn about the sales process and how to build strong relationships. You are an effective communicator while also listening to clients' needs and building a solution fit to solve their concerns. What You'll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)

Work with clients regarding search engine optimization (SEO)

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams

Responsible for the achievement of individual monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
- Prospect clients from a variety of lead sources including hot, warm, and cold leads from campaigns, partnerships, and events
- Developing and closing sales opportunities through proactive, outbound and diligent follow-up
- Effectively communicate with and sell to prospects by identifying business challenges and requirements
- Address prospects’/customers’ challenges by presenting, demonstrating, and persuasively communicating the value of the solution
- Responsible for weekly forecasting and reporting by consistently maintaining accurate data and records in CRM

Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace
- Represent the company at industry related trade shows, company sponsored events and in market acquisition trips

Effectively deliver compelling sales presentations/demos

High level of phone communication speaking with and selling to existing clients and new prospects
What We're Looking For (Minimum qualifications)

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, preferably in B2B sales environment and the vacation industry

Proven track record of sales achievement
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends and techniques

Excellent communication skills including fundamental presentation skills and ability to articulate ideas clearly and appropriately to influence others
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
- Strong accountability and commitment to excellence; Ability to discern priorities and manage multiple requests with ease
- Energetic phone presence and excellent active listening skills
- Strong interpersonal skills & the ability to influence external/internal stakeholders
- Future-forward thinker who is comfortable bridging the gap between traditional property management mindsets and the future of their business

- Ability to travel is required
