The Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing and communication strategies to promote our home health services organization. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can manage various marketing internal and external facing campaigns, create compelling content, and engage with both internal and external stakeholders to drive brand awareness for both recruitment and corporate marketing.

Oversee content, user-interface and look and feel for 21HHS.com

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to support recruitment and employment brand

Create engaging and informative content for various channels, including social media, websites, blogs, newsletters and press releases

Produce visually appealing marketing materials.

Monitor and analyze website traffic, social media engagement, and other digital metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and programs.

Implement strategies to increase online presence and recruitment engagement.

Coordinate and manage public relations events and activities including press releases, articles, and other communication materials

Ensure consistent branding across all marketing and communications materials

Monitor brand perception and make recommendations for improvement

Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals and objectives.

Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement

Prepare and present regular reports, data to management

3+ years’ experience in Marketing, communications

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

Experience with graphic design software

Experience with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

Health care or Home Health experience

Knowledge of HIPPA and other regulatory requirements related to healthcare.

BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, Public Relations, or related field.

Self- directed, Critical Thinker, Outstanding interpersonal skills, Organized ; Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills;
- Must stay current with annual compliance training and certifications
