What is the purpose of this role?
To be successful in this role you will take a data backed approach to experimentation, improve existing initiatives, and build new ones from scratch. Ultimately, you will focus on broker acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies to help scale the business.

Qualifications:
- 2 to 5 years of professional work experience.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience optimizing an acquisition funnel in Marketing, Product, or Operations. Multiple discipline is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree
