Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the CEO and management team with administrative and clerical duties, including onboarding data, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, booking travel, organizing office materials, shipping and following up with team members after meetings.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with project coordination and management tasks.
- Utilize Google Suite for various administrative functions.
- Transcribe documents and maintain records.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
- Computerize information for easy retrieval.
- Manage phone systems and direct calls appropriately.
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update calendars for scheduling appointments and meetings.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in using Google Suite applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Experience with data entry and maintaining records accurately.
- Ability to manage calendars efficiently for multiple team members.
