Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our IT infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, and the ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for working hand in hand with our senior Account Executives to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, presenting our solutions, and closing deals.
**This is NOT a remote role and will be based in our Fort Lauderdale FL facility. Candidates for this role MUST be available to work out of our Fort Lauderdale facility**
**Additionally, the candidate MUST have IT / Technology experience**
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other lead generation methods.
- Client Engagement: Assist Senior Sales Executives in developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their business needs and presenting appropriate IT infrastructure solutions.
- Solution Selling: Present and demonstrate the value of our IT infrastructure solutions, including network solutions, servers, storage systems, cloud services, cybersecurity products, laptops, and desktops.
- Sales Process Management: Assist Senior Account Executives in the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication with clients.
- Quotas and Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the management team.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to ensure a deep understanding of the products and services offered, enabling effective sales presentations and customer solutions.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system. Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and providing excellent post-sale support.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to present technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
