Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality control, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage and optimize the use of resources to meet production targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support.
Requirements:
- Experience working with oilfield products - centrifugal pumps, valves and solid separation
- Proven experience in plant management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems.
- Excellent understanding of quality control principles and practices.
- Mechanical knowledge to oversee equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies.
- Ability to assemble and fabricate products as needed.
- Experience in supply chain management is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
