Position Overview: As an MSP Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client accounts and driving sales of our managed IT services and solutions. You will collaborate closely with our sales and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet our clients' evolving needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.
- Identify and engage with potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and present customized solutions to prospects, showcasing the value of our services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their trusted advisor in all IT-related matters.
- Collaborate with our technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms, closing sales deals in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
