Tow Truck Driver

Summary: Perform towing of vehicles from tow yards, auctions, and private party customers using assigned trucks and towing equipment correctly as trained. Present a professional self-image and Company image to the customer through excellent service, safe operation, and timeliness. Maintain truck and equipment in compliance with company guidelines. Perform necessary documentation timely and correctly according to Standard Operating Procedures.
This requires the full use of your body to perform tasks in a safe, clean, and helpful manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following and other duties may be assigned.

Comply with the Dress Code and Uniforms Policy (must wear anti-slip shoes)

Attending driver and employee meetings for job training and safety meetings as requested.

Complete and turn in the “Daily Driver Log” at the end of each shift.

Perform other duties that may include dispatching, and cleaning office, shop, and yard as requested.
Requirements:
-
Provide towing safely, professionally, and timely, free of accident, injury, and damage.

Complete pre-trip inspections and notation before the start of shift daily.

Clean driving record
-
Drug Testing required
-
Ability to frequently squat, kneel, climb steps, lift up to 50 lbs., and sit for prolonged periods of time

21 years or older
-
2-3 years’ Experience
-
Experience in Towing Doubles
-
O.T a Plus, but not necessary
-
Recovery Experience
