Position Overview: Are you ready to make a lasting impact in the lives of others? Join us as a Case Manager!
As a Case Manager, you will provide comprehensive case management and benefit access services to individuals in our community. You will support clients working with Career Coaches, Financial Coaches, and Economic Mobility Coaches, helping them secure their primary needs and focus on achieving their personal goals. Your expertise will empower individuals to access public benefits and community resources to achieve financial stability. This role requires strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Reports To: Director of Economic Mobility Services
Responsibilities:

Conduct initial intakes for new clients

Provide case management services to employment and financial coaching clients

Identify support services needed, assist with applications, and connect clients with services (e.g., fuel assistance, health insurance, childcare)

Participate in outreach activities to recruit and enroll participants

Collaborate with Family Child Care staff to engage families in employment and financial stabilization services

Engage and coordinate with agency partners

Develop and maintain relationships with community resource agencies

Assist with coordinating financial education and work readiness workshops

Build positive working relationships with colleagues for outreach, workshops, and resource development

Maintain accurate records, enter client data, and prepare reports

Assist with other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:

High School Diploma required; Associate degree in human services or related field a plus

Bilingual in Spanish and English required

Two years of case management experience with low-income individuals, immigrants, and diverse populations

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Internet; experience with client databases a plus

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to advocate for participants

Strong knowledge of community resources

Flexible schedule, including occasional nights and weekends

Ability to work independently and complete tasks on time
Compensation: Salary range $50,000-$60,000, based on experience. This is a full-time, salaried position with a competitive benefits package.
