These objectives, as communicated by the agent, encompass both short-term and long-term growth targets. Key responsibilities include generating new business, identifying opportunities for cross-selling, delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring client retention, and attaining profit goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively pursues and secures new business opportunities for the specialized department.

Collaborates closely with the agent or operations manager to determine optimal coverage solutions for clients.
