Our SaaS / B2B client is seeking a Content Writer! This role is hybrid with some time spent in the office in Torrance (based upon schedule that you and the client will determine).
TOP MUST HAVES:
You have experience with B2B Marketing within the mortgage, banking, SaaS, and/or Fintech space
You are passionate about creating content for lead generation, education, and brand awareness with performance marketing in mind
You are able to create brand messaging and content that stands out in compelling and meaningful ways
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Work closely with Marketing Manager (as well as some visibility with the CEO) to write, develop, and manage various content types including emails, whitepapers, articles / blogs, editorial submissions, web content, short video scripts, and social posts
Evaluate and analyze content metric to optimize subject lines, types of content, etc. (including running A/B tests)
Ideate, research, and post all blog posts
Traffic content to internal / external partners for approval and distribution
Manage and grow social media presence across various channels such as X, Facebook, and LinkedIn, etc.
Analyze content marketing metric and make changes as needed
Write and research content for product descriptions and industry webinars
Review and edit content produced by marketing team, PR agency, and other employees
Conduct keyword research and use SEO best practices to increase traffic to company's website
Identify customer's needs and recommend new content to address any caps in the current content
Update and maintain content-libraries as needed
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years' of content writing experience, ideally for mortgage and/or financial industries
Deep understanding of marketing and B2B audiences
Ability to conduct research and fact-check content prior to review
Ability to manage editorial calendar
Ability to repurpose and/or write content to support marketing and sales efforts
