Position Summary
To work properly and accomplish our goals, we have to be financially responsible in all that we do. Our Financial Management and Comptroller specialists ensure this priority is met by managing our accounting records and systems. From determining the availability of funds to processing payments and audits, they keep an eye on our information to make sure all funds are handled responsibly and efficiently.
Primary Responsibilities
- Advise, interact and coordinate with organizations on financial matters.
- Process financial transactions.
- Provide customer service and financial analysis for various organizations and vendors.
- Determine funds available for procurement and the accuracy of amounts claimed.
- Review all accounts for funds, concerning operating cost, accounting, payments to vendors and any working capital funds.

Qualifications
This is an active-duty position as an Air Force Reserve officer. To be considered, you must meet the following requirements:
- High school diploma, GED with 15 college credits or GED
- Knowledge of fiscal law and accounting and payment principles and procedures
- No record of conviction by a civilian court or nonjudicial punishment under the Uniform Code of Military Justice for offenses involving larceny, robbery, wrongful appropriation, burglary or fraud
- Completion of 7.5 weeks of Basic Military Training
- Must be between the ages of 17 and 39
