Outside Sales Representative
About The Company
ParkM is a technology-based start-up that is bringing a digital solution to managing apartment community parking lots. By utilizing an online permitting platform, property managers can better manage their parking lots and create a new revenue stream for their community.
The ParkM Solution: ParkM’s fast, simple, and easy-to-use system allows residents to self-manage parking 24/7. Residents can manage their vehicles and purchase guest permits for their visitors, all online through their own secure login. Park M’s virtual permitting system eliminates rearview mirror hanging tags and windshield stickers; all permitting is tied to the registered license plate. Residents no longer need to go to the community’s office for a permit. They can do it online anytime, saving everyone time.
Position Summary
This position combines outside sales cold calling with remote work. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and approach each sale with an ownership mentality. Your job will directly support the business development of a digital parking permit company by nurturing leads through the entire sales cycle with apartment communities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Cold call-in person on 100-120 to apartment communities weekly.
- Consistently prospect and onboard new customers to generate new revenue for the company.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, proposals, and reports to potential clients, management, and customers.
- Provide responsive ongoing customer support to maximize client retention.
- Meet or exceed sales goals.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and development.
- Serve as an “Ambassador” and actively and consistently engage in apartment industry events and trade shows.
- Creatively engage with potential and current customers through marketing opportunities and sponsorships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with clients and prospects to present product/service offerings, demonstrate value, and close sales.
- Outside Sales experience of 3-5 years is required.
- Proven experience in technical sales, account management, or outside sales
- Strong business development skills with a focus on driving revenue growth
- Identify and target new business opportunities in the market.
- Competency in utilizing email, Google Meet, Zoom, Zoho CRM, and Microsoft Office.
- Extreme comfortability mapping out and driving throughout your territory.
- Extreme comfortability, cold calling in person.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
