Candidates must have 12 years' of experience within Mechanical Engineering and the ability to lead a team of talented and successful engineers. This role will lead a team through the research and poduct development phases and will be the technical leadership liason for all. Extensive experience with mentoring more junior level engineers will be necessary.
Experience with heat exchangers, cold plates, PLC's and energy storage systems will be important for this role in order to be the technical go to for the team. In addition, strong presentation, project management, budgeting and continuous improvement skills will be paramount.
A Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related is required with extensive experience in addition.
A Masters degree or PHD are preferred.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
