Title: Help Desk Technician
Duration: Long Term Contract
Location: Portland OR
Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
Resolve issues for clients via phone or electronically
Recommend hardware and/or software improvements
Track customer issues and resolutions
Handle tickets in a timely manner
Experience with Service Now and AD
Help with W7 to W10 migrations/refreshes / any windows project
Respond to dispatched assignments via tickets or another request by end-users
Work independently or with managers or other techs
Have strong CS experience dealing with end-users
Provide regular feedback consistent with the needs of the team and the environment for ongoing improvements
Be able to work overtime when requested or necessary
Be able to multitask and prioritize many different projects
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $25.00 per hour

- servicenow ticketing: 5 years (Required)
- migration or deployment: 5 years (Required)
- Active Directory: 5 years (Required)
- Windows 10 OR WINDOWS 7: 5 years (Required)
