Job Title: Social Media Coordinator / Front Desk Receptionist
Job Summary:
Our Tennis club is seeking a talented and outgoing individual to perform the duties (listed below) as both Social Media Coordinator and Front Desk Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be both creative and detail-oriented, enjoy multi-tasking, and have a solid knowledge of the sport of tennis. A positive spirit and friendly demeanor is a must.
Social Media Duties:
- Create e-mail blasts and flyers
- Manage club website
- Collaborate with tennis staff to gather information, photos, and videos for social media posts
- Track customer responsiveness
- Attend and participate in team strategy meetings
Front Desk Receptionist Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, take messages, and redirect calls as needed
- Schedule tennis and fitness reservations
- Process payments for programs and services
- Perform other basic customer service tasks
Experience and Qualifications:
- Social media marketing
- Customer service
- Computer literacy
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Tennis experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
