ABA Behavior technician - RBT

About ABA Centers of America
ABA Centers of America provides ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy and diagnostic services to people with autism. We help clients and families in our centers, in homes, and in the community. Our company began with one person trying to get help for two young family members with autism. Now our goal is to bring ABA therapy to as many clients as possible. Our clinics are in multiple locations, and we are expanding rapidly but with careful attention to planning and resources. Client care is at the center of everything we do.
We are looking for a Behavior Technician to join our team and help support our clients with their behavioral needs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and adolescents, be able to develop and implement behavior plans, and have excellent communication skills. The Behavior Technician will be responsible for providing direct services to clients, conducting assessments, and providing feedback to families and other team members. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping others reach their full potential.
