We are an Academic, ADHD & Executive Function coaching practice in the Atlanta area that was founded in 2013 to help students earn better grades with less stress. We specialize in partnering with students and their families to help them develop personalized strategies that improve their mindset, organization, time management, study strategies, and executive functioning skills.

- A college graduate with 3+ years of experience in ADHD or executive function coaching, academic coaching, study skills coaching, special education, educational therapy, speech/language pathology, occupational therapy, or mental health counseling.

About the role
As a coach, you will be responsible for meeting 1:1 with students for weekly coaching sessions, and collaborating with them to create systems + strategies that will help them reach their goals. Full-time coaches will need to be available to meet for 28 - 30 coaching sessions / week during the school year and 15 - 20 sessions/week during the summer.
In addition to running coaching sessions with students, you will also be responsible for…
- Identifying + planning the most important topics to cover in each session
- Emailing session summaries to parents after meetings
- Checking in with students by text or email between sessions as needed
- Meeting with parents for check-in calls to discuss their students’ progress
- Occasionally reaching out to students’ teachers, counselors, and/or tutors
- Participating in 1:1s, team meetings, and professional development sessions
These responsibilities are part of your job as a coach, and the additional time you will spend on these tasks each week has been factored into your session rate. Full-time coaches typically spend 35-40 hours a week fulfilling all of the responsibilities associated with this position.
Many of our students struggle with attention and focus on Zoom and get the best results from meeting with coaches in person. As a full-time coach, you will need to be avaialble to meet with clients in person at our North Druid Hills and/or Roswell offices 3+ days/week.
Most of the clients we work with are middle and high school students who are only available to meet after school and on weekends. As a full-time coach, you will need to be able to work Monday - Thursday 4 - 8 pm and during at least one of the following weekend shifts: Saturdays 10 am - 2 pm, Sunday 10 am - 2 pm, or Sunday 3 - 7 pm or 4 - 8 pm. We will work together to schedule your remaining work hours based on your availability and our clients’ needs.
Job Type: Full-time hybrid, W2 based in Atlanta, GA
Starting rate: $40 - 45 / session
Please note that this is not a salaried position. Your pay will vary from week to week depending on the number of clients you are meeting with.
