Required:
- Providing administrative support to various teams and departments, which may include tasks such as preparing reports, managing correspondence, coordinating meetings, maintaining records and databases, and budget management.
- Travel planning, coordinating/Scheduling meetings and calendaring
- Gathering travel information, preparing vouchers, coordinating travel requests, managing travel-related expenses, and ensuring compliance with travel policies and procedures.
- Providing internal travel training to staff, staying updated on travel policies, and serving as a point of contact for travel-related inquiries.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
