Human Resources & Facilities Manager
New Ravenna seeks a dedicated Human Resources & Facilities Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all human resources practices and processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies. This candidate will also support onsite organization and management of Facilities and IT-related issues with contracted third-party vendors.
Duties:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Onsite coordination of facilities issues without outside vendors
- Onsite coordination of IT with our contractual 3rd managed IT provider as it relates to staffing and company needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR executive role
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations
- Strong understanding of employee relations and training development
