Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient front office functions in a hospitality setting.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all front office operations including patient scheduling, check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Supervise front desk staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Maintain guest relations by resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Oversee night audit procedures and reports
- Handle phone systems and direct calls appropriately
Experience:
- Proven experience in a front desk or health management role
- Strong understanding of operations and guest services
- Familiarity with night audit processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using management software
