Reporting directly to the general manager of the site, you will help push the cafe to a new level of efficient service while delivering an excellent product by not cutting any corners.
Our venues literally pump - so to be part of the team you will need to be experienced in high volume and not be afraid to challenge yourself on a daily basis. We don’t compromise when it comes to memorable service, outstanding quality, and products.
Responsibilities:
- Leading a senior management team of 2 experienced individuals and 10 part-timers to ensure that they are consistently delivering an exceptional experience to our guests.
- Maintaining a vibrant and inviting atmosphere and ensuring operating systems are being maintained.
- Managing strong financial controls as well as initiating and executing growth strategies to increase top-line sales.
- Maintaining venue upkeep, health department training and coordinating general maintenance and repair.
- Ensuring venues receive “a” gradings
- Maintaining training programs, mentoring management team to drive results
- Controlling all aspects of operations
- Holding management team accountable to the outcomes
Qualifications:
We are looking for experienced candidates to have:
- Exposure to managing large teams in a high-volume venue
- Minimum of 4+ years in a general management position
- Experience working in a similar venue with multiple offerings will be highly valued
- Influencing, coaching and presentation skills
- Strong focus on delivering high standards and exceptional product
- Accountability for aspects of the venue
- Business and operational acumen
- Knowledge and skills to develop staff around product knowledge, service skills, team culture and
- Guest relationships.
