Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as an Airbnb Cleaning Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our Airbnb properties are cleaned and prepared to the highest standards between guest stays. Your meticulous attention to detail and dedication to maintaining cleanliness will contribute directly to providing exceptional experiences for our guests.
How can you help?
1. Thoroughly clean and sanitize all rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, following established cleaning procedures.
2. Change bed linens and towels and ensure they are laundered appropriately.
3. Restock essential supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and refreshments.
4. Inspect the property for damages or maintenance issues and report them promptly to management.
5. Communicate effectively with the property manager or owner regarding any guest feedback or special requests.
6. Collaborate with the property management team to coordinate cleaning schedules and ensure timely turnovers between guest stays.
7. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and customer service at all times.
Who will succeed in this role?
1. Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred. Hospitality cleaning experience is a huge plus specially Airbnbs and Short Term Rentals.
2. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
3. Reliable transportation to travel between properties as needed.
4. Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
5. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required by the property's schedule.
6. Knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning practices and products is a plus.
7. Able to do supply runs from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
