Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare meals according to dietary needs and assist with feeding if required
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Keep accurate records of care provided and report any changes in the client's condition
Experience:
- Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or long-term care settings
- Familiarity with dementia care and understanding of the challenges faced by patients
- Ability to cook nutritious meals for clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
