We are based in Clive, Iowa (a suburb of Des Moines). We are operating in a 27000 sqft warehouse and open office with a 26 feet high ceiling. We now have a strong team of over 60 employees working in 6 departments--Warehouse & Inventory, Sales, Electronics Quality Assurance, Shipping & Receiving, Repair & Refurbishment and Customer service & RMA

We offer a big variety of cell phones, tablets, computer and accessories in all conditions: from new, certified pre-owned to refurbished, used, and models raging from flip phones to the newest models in the market such as iPhone 14 and Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Utilize Gusto and Deputy to track and manage candidate information
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Conduct new hire orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Assist with employee relations issues, including investigations and conflict resolution
- Administer employee benefits programs, including workers compensation and leave management
- Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with legal requirements
- Support HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management and employee engagement programs
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization
- Proficient in using HR systems
- Experience in project management, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of human capital management principles and best practices
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
Contract Timeline:
- As of now, we are seeking someone to work from at least August 1, 2024 to November 8, 2024.
