Position Description*
The Account Management Team will always work with integrity, demonstrate a desire to serve others, and possess the ability to solve problems. You will focus on:
- Creating and managing account growth plans and reviews.
- Conducting Product Application Training.
- Overseeing all aspects of Service Agreements and renewals.
- Utilizing Ram’s CRM.
- Expanding product line and assisting in new product development.
- Having virtual and in-person customer visits.
We expect you to:
- Work independently with a high degree of self-motivation and problem-solving skills.
- Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with others.
- Have experience in sales or account management.
- Be willing to travel up to 50%.

Minimum Qualifications
- High school Diploma, GED, or High School Equivalence Certificate.
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in an MRO/industrial environment.
- Experience working with mid-to-executive level customer contacts.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
